Odor Description: Sweet, ripe raspberry with rich berry jam, powdery floral, woody and subtly seedy nuances.

Raspberry Ketone is a crystalline aromatic material used to create raspberry, blackberry, red-fruit, fruit-preserve and gourmand effects. It also adds fruity sweetness and support to floral compositions, particularly jasmine, gardenia and tuberose.

Medium odor strength and exceptionally tenacious, with approximately 400 hours of substantivity when evaluated at 20% in DPG. Suggested use is from 0.1% to 1%. Due to it's strength and IFRA restrictions, it is used in low quantity.
